Because You Can’t Change the World by Yourself

If you’re like my clients, you’re a high-performing leader who’s good at
what you do. You’re also under constant pressure for results.

Which means you need a team that can collaborate, take risks, solve problems, and function at their peak level—every single day.

But you find yourself hustling to stay ahead of crisis, solve conflict, and
arrive with the next great “fix” every time.

You find yourself wondering if you can create a team that performs
as well as you do.

Imagine what it would feel like to be consistently
confident that your team would not only meet goals and
deadlines, but exceed expectations.

As Seen in Forbes!

I have two major passions in my life: writing and teaching. In 2020, I was invited to join the Forbes' Coaching Council and I jumped at the opportunity. My ultimate goal is to inspire, teach, and motivate high performers to step into their power so I invite you.

Grab a cup of coffee, peruse through articles that will empower you to build your Absolute Trust® and become the leader you were meant to be.

I’m Suzanne Ricard-Greenway.

I coach leaders to expect the

Because it lives inside each and every
person they lead.

In addition to leveraging what I’ve learned from Suzanne’s coaching and receiving multiple promotions, I’ve brought her in to work with my teams in my different roles, to help fast-track trust-building and team effectiveness. This individual work and team development has led to my teams being recognized as high-performing within the organization, and star employees specifically requesting to work with us.

Milestone has grown rapidly. We have a great team motivated to tackle the toughest challenge. Many of the challenges we face are unique and new. Working with Suzanne and the Type Coach suite of tools helped us learn new approaches and ways to better understand our team and individual styles and preferences. As we learned, no difficult people, only different people. At its simplest, the intent was to engage our team and learn together. Suzanne created a safe and powerful learning environment. Together, we created a common reference for team development and communication with staff and clients. The end result was a reference and dialogue that we still use and continue to learn from. In addition, the initial Type Coach work with Suzanne opened the world of coaching to several of the senior team.
